Every bug that will be reviewed by us should be reproducible on our server. If we failed to reproduce your bug, it is considered invalid for us. The bug may be caused by third-party modifications and any script changes, so we may refuse support if we are unable to reproduce your problem.

We may refuse support and close your ticket if we do not receive the information we requested within 3 days to solve your problem. Also, if you are not active in ticket for 1 day, we may close your ticket.

Our store has a non-refund policy, but we can consider individual cases as refundable. For example: problems that we were able to reproduce, but cannot solve.
